Rupali Investment Limited on Thursday held its 143rd annual general meeting at its head office, said a press release.
Rupali Investment is a concern of Rupali Bank PLC.
Rupali Investment chairman Kazi Md Wahidul Islam, also managing director of RBL, chaired the meeting.
Among others, Rupali Investment director and RBL deputy managing director Hassan Tanvir, Rupali Investment director and Financial Institutions Division joint secretary Farida Yasmin, Rupali Investment independent directors AKM Shariat Ullah, Shafik Uz Zaman, Nasrin Sultana and Rupali Investment chief executive officer and RBL general manager Md Monirul Haque were present.
Rupali Investment company secretary Sazzadul Haque conducted the meeting.
