The authorities of Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport in Dhaka have issued six security steps, including the increase of attention in checking baggage of the very important persons and very very important persons.
HSIA shared in a press release in the early hours of Tuesday about security measures, about two days after the detection of a magazine containing bullets in a bag of LGRD and cooperatives adviser Asif Mahmud Shojib Bhuiyan at the Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport while he was travelling to Morocco on Sunday morning.
The other directives include 鈥� ensuring prior permission for entering the airport with firearms and archiving records, special directives for CCTV monitoring team, regular awareness briefing and directives for all members of Aviation Security Division and manual checking for high-risk bags after scanning by metal detector and X-ray machine.
