The ministry of聽 law, justice and parliamentary affairs on Sunday requested all to remain alert over enticements, offers and fraud regarding the posting and transfer of district registrars and sub-registrars under directorate of registration.
A press release, signed by ministry spokesperson Md Rezaul Karim, said that the posting and transfer of district registrars and sub-registrars under directorate of registration is a regular activity of the ministry of law, justice and parliamentary affairs.
鈥業n the transfer process, the applications of the district registrars and sub-registrars, length of their service, posting of their spouses, medical and other humanitarian needs are taken into consideration. There is no scope for any financial transactions in the transfer process,鈥� the release added.
The ministry urged all to remain alert over enticements, offers and fraud regarding these and advised to lodge complaint with concerned police station.
