The Pabna University of Science and Technology on Thursday celebrated its 17th University Day.
The university was established in 2008.
To mark the day, PUST vice-chancellor Professor SM Abdul Awal, pro-vice-chancellor Professor Md Nazrul Islam and treasurer Professor Md Shamim Ahsan extended their greetings and congratulations to the teachers, officials and employees and students of the university.
VC Professor SM Abdul Awal, in a statement, said, 鈥極ur goal is to develop this university as a 鈥淐enter of Excellence鈥� where students will not only acquire textbook knowledge but also acquire ethics, leadership and social responsibility.鈥�
