Midland Bank Limited has recently launched the Digital Loan Origination Solution software to streamline its loan processing operations.
This advanced digital solution is provided by Unisoft Systems Limited, a concern of Smart Technologies Limited, said a press release on Sunday.
The inauguration ceremony of the project was held at the bank鈥檚 head office at the NB Tower of Gulshan North Avenue in Dhaka.
Md Ahsan-uz-Zaman, managing director and chief executive officer of the Midland Bank; Md Zahid Hossain, deputy managing director and chief risk officer of the bank; Mohammad Javed Tareq Khan, senior EVP and head of institutional banking division of the bank; Khondker Toufiq Hossain, senior EVP and head of international and NRB division; and Md Rashed Akhtar, EVP and head of retail distribution division, represented Midland Bank at the event.
Unisoft Systems Limited was represented by Abu Mostafa Chowdhury Sujon, deputy managing director, and Abu Hena Muhammad Mustafa Zaman, AGM and head of software development.
During the event, speakers emphasised Midland Bank鈥檚 continued commitment to enhancing customer service and leading the way in digital banking transformation.
The newly implemented DLOS software is expected to make the bank鈥檚 loan processing faster, more efficient, and transparent.
