City Bank PLC, in collaboration with Chinese Enterprises Association in Bangladesh recently hosted a high-level business networking event in honour of the visiting business delegation comprising over 100 Chinese investors and businessmen, says a press release.
This visit aimed to explore new avenues for joint investment and trade collaboration across key sectors of Bangladesh.
As part of the evening鈥檚 agenda, a Memorandum of Understanding was signed between City Bank and CEAB, reaffirming both organisations鈥� commitment to support the growing presence of Chinese businesses in Bangladesh.
The MoU was signed by Mashrur Arefin, managing director & CEO of City Bank; and Guangzhou Zhong, secretary general of CEAB; in the presence of Aziz Al Kaiser, chairman of City Bank; Hossain Khaled, vice-chairman of City Bank and Han Kun; president of CEAB.
Senior officials of both the organisations, along with representatives from numerous Chinese and Bangladeshi companies, also attended the event.
