The Bangladesh Tennis Federation on Thursday announced the national launch across Bangladesh of a pioneering global tennis rating system that will create the world鈥檚 largest tennis community, getting more people to play tennis more often.
Zarif Abrar of Cantonment Officers Tennis Club secured the men鈥檚 singles event title of the National Tennis Competition 2025 after 6-1, 6-3 sets win over Mahad Bin Malek of Bangladesh Krira Shikkha Protishtan in the final at the Ramna Tennis Complex in the city on Friday.
The Victory Day tennis tournament commenced at the National Tennis Complex at Ramna in the capital on Friday.
The newly formed ad-hoc committee of the Bangladesh Tennis Federation, led by its president Abdul Hai Sarker, formally took charge at the Ramna Tennis Complex in the city on Saturday.
