
The four-day BTF Play-Tennis Coaches Course, organised by the Bangladesh Tennis Federation, was held at the Ramna Tennis Complex in the city on Thursday.
A total of 24 coaches from 10 organisations took part in the second edition of the course, an initiative aimed at the quality development of local tennis coaches, conducted by ITF Level-1 certified trainer KM Itrat Hamid.
Coaches from the Nordic Cultural Centre, Gulshan Club Ltd, British High Commission Club, Dhaka Club Ltd, American Embassy Employees Association, Gulshan Youth Club, German Club, International Club, Uttara Club Ltd, and Navy Club took part in the programme.
The programme concluded with the certificate distribution ceremony, attended by BTF senior vice-president Ashrafuzzaman Khan Puton, general secretary Ishtiaq Ahmed, treasurer MA Jinnah, and convener of the training and development committee Zain Omar, among others.听
