Community Bank Bangladesh PLC on Wednesday held its 69th board meeting at the Police Headquarters in the capital, said a press release.
Inspector General of Police and Community Bank chairman Baharul Alam chaired the meeting.
During the meeting, important decisions were taken on investment proposals and different agenda on policy matter of the bank.
Community Bank independent directors Md Morshed Hasan Khan, Syed Rafiqul Haq, Mohammed Tofazzul Hussain, managing director (current charge) Kimiwa Saddat and company secretary Saiful Alam were present in the meeting.
Among others, AKM Shahidur Rahman, director general, Rapid Action Battalion; AKM Awlad Hossain, additional IG (admin), Bangladesh Police; Md Akram Hossain, additional IG (finance), Bangladesh Police; Abu Naser Mohammed Khaled, additional IG (HRM), Bangladesh Police; Md Sibgat Ullah, additional IG (CID), Bangladesh Police; were present.
