Premier Leasing and Finance Limited on Thursday held its 23rd annual general meeting in the capital, said a press release.
In the meeting, shareholders approved financial statements for the year ended on December 31, 2024.聽聽
Chairman Md Ashekur Rahman presided over the meeting.
Bangladesh Bank executive director and PLFL administrator Husne Ara Shikha was connected with the meeting virtually.
Independent director and audit committee chairman SM Zahir Uddin Haider, independent directors Abduhu Ruhul Masih, Md Reaz Hasan, Shirin Akhter and Brigadier General (retired) Tushar Kanti Chakma were present in the meeting.
Director and vice-chairman M Rabiul Huq, sponsors and former chairmen AZM Akramul Haq and ASM Feroz Alam were also present.
Among others, sponsor and former directors Md Nasiruddin Choudhury, Juned Ahmed and Md. Mizanur Rahman Chowdhury and sponsor Nikhil Kumar Saha were connected with the meeting virtually.
Senior partner of Ahmed Zaker & Co, Chartered Accountants, auditors of the company AKM Mohitul Haq, director of independent scrutiniser Suriya Parveen & Associates AKM Mushfiqur Rahman, executive vice-president, company secretary and managing director (CC) Subash Chandra Moulick and vice-president and CFO Syed Monir Hossain were also in attendance.
