The expansion is expected to further improve accessibility, reduce waiting times, and enhance the overall passenger experience.
A key feature of the new office is Saudia’s commitment to greater digitalization, aimed at delivering faster and more accurate services to its valued passengers.
In addition to the new Gulshan facility, Saudia will continue operating its existing City Ticketing Offices at the Pan Pacific Sonargaon Hotel in Dhaka and at Agrabad in the port city Chattogram.
The opening also coincided with World Tourism Day 2025, underscoring Saudi Arabia’s commitment to promoting its fast-growing tourism sector through the Umrah Plus initiative that invites travelers to combine their spiritual journeys with cultural and leisure experiences across the Kingdom, reflecting its broader vision to become a leading global tourism destination.
