Popular Life Insurance Company Limited on Tuesday held its 25th annual general meeting virtually, said a press release.
Chairman Mohammad Zahirul Islam Chowdhury presided over the meeting.
In the meeting, 20 per cent cash dividend for 2024 was approved.
Among others, vice-chairman Kabir Ahmed, directors Md Motahar Hossain, Mohammad Amir Hossain Chowdhury, independent directors Md Abdul Mannan Bhuiyan, Mohammad Habibul Bahar, Mohammad Atik Akbar, Moynul Islam and Mostafa Jamal Hossain and managing director and chief executive officer BM Yusuf Ali were present in the meeting.
The meeting was conducted by company secretary Mostafa Helal Kabir.
