Bangladesh Commerce Bank Limited on Wednesday held its 414th board meeting, said a press release.
Chairman Md Ataur Rahman presided over the meeting.
The board meeting was held at the bank鈥檚 head office in the capital
Among others, directors Md Mohsin Mia, Md Golam Mortuza and Sheikh Ashrafuzzaman were present.
Bangladesh Commerce Bank managing director and chief executive officer (in-charge) Mohammad Ziaul Karim, deputy managing director Md Johirul Alam and company secretary Md Omar Faruk Bhuiyan also attended the meeting.
