Asia Pacific General Insurance Company Limited recently held its 25th annual general meeting using digital platform, said a press release.
Chairman Aftab ul Islam presided over the meeting.
Among others, board members Wahidul Haque Siddiqui, Kashfi Kamal, Gazi AZM Shamim, Mohd Shahjahan Miah, Abdul Haque, Golam Kabir Chowdhury, Shah Md Tawsif Wahid Anabil, Moshiur Rahman, independent directors M Jalalul Hai, Muhammad Abdul Mazid and chief executive officer KM Saidur Rahman were present in the AGM.
General shareholders passed annual accounts and approved of 10 per cent cash dividend for the year 2024.
