Credit Rating Information and Services Limited has assigned ‘AAA’ credit rating to Peoples Insurance Company Limited, said a press release.
This has been done on the basis of financials of the company up to December 31, 2024, un-audited financials up to March 31, 2025 and other relevant qualitative and quantitative information up-to the date of the rating.
The above rating has been assigned in consideration of sustainable capital base and solvency, sound financial performance, good liquid assets, experienced management team, etc.
PICL sources its business from a number of companies and banks. The company continues to deliver improved services taking due care of the compliance requirements. Based on the financial statement of 2024, its solvency and liquidity indicators have been found good, the release said.
