The 12th annual general meeting of Meghna Bank PLC was held on Monday at Madona Tower on Bir Uttam AK Khandakar Road at Mohakhali in Dhaka.
The meeting was chaired by the bank鈥檚 chairperson Uzma Chowdhury.
Present at the meeting were Tanveer Ahmed, chairman of the executive committee, Md Ali Akther Rezvi, chairman of the audit committee and Mohammad Mamunul Hoque, chairman of the risk management committee.
The bank鈥檚 independent directors Rajab Ali, M Nazrul Islam, and Habibur Rahman, along with the managing director and CEO Kazi Ahsan Khalil, and acting company secretary Sajib Kumar Saha.
During the meeting, the bank reaffirmed its commitment for enhancing banking services, promoting financial inclusion, contributing to the country鈥檚 economic development and achieving sustainable growth.
