Meghna Bank PLC has recently signed an agreement for its second subordinated bond worth Tk 400 crore with BRAC EPL Investment Limited, who is acting as sole arranger of the issuance, a press release said.
Meghna Bank managing director and chief executive officer Kazi Ahsan Khalil and BRAC EPL Investment CEO Syed Rashed Hussain signed the agreement.
Among others, Meghna Bank chief financial officer Sajib Kumar Saha was present.
