Although, Ali Riaz was abroad from September 20 to September 30, the commission held two meetings with its six-member expert panel to analyse suitable processes for implementing the charter.
The implementation methods discussed included issuing a constitution order under section 22 of the July Declaration, a referendum, and seeking the Appellate Division鈥檚 advice according to the constitution鈥檚 article 106.
