
Responding to the invitation of the Ministry of Youth Affairs of Bahrain and with the aim of opening new horizons of international youth cooperation, Bangladesh has decided to join the Global Network for Youth Competitiveness, Hope Network.
Adviser to the Ministry of Youth and Sports Asif Mahmud Sajeeb Bhuiyan consented to this network on Sunday. Through this, Bangladesh is going to join the Hope Network as the 31st member country, said a press release.
Hope Network is a global platform that encourages youth empowerment, innovation and global partnerships. Currently, the members of this network include all Gulf Cooperation Council member countries, the United States, China, France, Italy and organisations such as the United Nations Youth Office, mentioned the press release.
Membership in this network will inject new momentum into the internationalisation of Bangladesh鈥檚 youth policy.
Bangladesh will have the opportunity to exchange knowledge, skills and experience with different countries and organisations around the world, implement joint initiatives and play a role in addressing global youth challenges.
