Former principal of the National Maritime Academy, Captain Md Zahurul Alam, died at NG Teng Fong Hospital in Singapore on Sunday.
He was 78.
His namaz-e-janaza will be held after zuhr prayers at Azad Mosque of Gulshan in Dhaka today, said a press release, adding that he would be buried at Banani Graveyard.
Captain Zahurul Alam was 3rd batch mariner of Bangladesh Marine Academy.
