Bangladesh Commerce Bank Limited on Saturday held its 27th annual general meeting through digital platform, said a press release.
Chairman Md Ataur Rahman presided over the meeting.
Among others, board members Md Mohashin Miah, Kamrul Hoque Maruf and Shaikh Ashafuzzaman and managing director and chief executive officer (CC) Mohammad Ziaul Karim were present in the meeting.
Company secretary Md Omar Faruk Bhuiyan along with divisional head was also present in the meeting.聽
The audits of the bank for the year ended on December 31, 2024, the acceptance and approval of the reports of the directors and auditors along with the status sheet on that date and the appointment of auditors and remuneration for the year of 2025 were approved at the AGM.
A significant number of shareholders attended the meeting. The meeting discussed various business topics and action plans for next year.
