Shotontro Shikkharthi Oikya panel鈥檚 career development secretary candidate for DUCSU elections, Rupaiya Shrestha Tanchangya, alleged that one of her voters found a ballot paper where a cross was already marked on the Shibir candidate.
She, however, said that the voter was unwilling to disclose their name in public.
