Police on Sunday arrested former lawmaker from Shriatpur-1 constituency and an organising secretary of Awami League BM Mozammel Haque in Dhaka鈥檚 Niketon area.
A team of detective branch of police arrested Mozammel at around 2.45pm, deputy commissioner of DB of the Dhaka Metropolitan Police Muhammad Talebur Rahman told BSS.
Mozammel was accused in four cases including three murders linked to the July uprising, he said.
