IFIC Bank PLC signed a memorandum of understanding with Japan Bangladesh Friendship Medical Services Limited to provide exclusive healthcare benefits to its customers, employees and their family members.

The agreement was signed on Wednesday at a ceremony held at IFIC Tower, Purana Paltan in the capital, said a press release.


Through this MoU, IFIC Bank’s customers, employees and their dependents will be able to avail a wide range of advanced medical services at Japan Bangladesh Friendship Hospital at special discounted rates.

Helal Ahmed, head of operations, IFIC Bank PLC, and Sarder A Razzak, director, finance and HR, signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organisations.

Representing IFIC Bank Md Monitur Rahman, deputy managing director and chief information officer, Md Rafiqul Islam, deputy managing director and chief of branch business, KARM Mostofa Kamal, deputy managing director and chief of HR & logistics and from Japan Bangladesh Friendship Hospital, Murad Hossain Khan, executive director; Shohidul Alam Ripon, general manager, and Md Masud Khan, deputy general manager, among others, attended the event.
