Takaful Islami Insurance PLC on Tuesday held its 147th board meeting, said a press release.
Chairperson Tahmina Afroz presided over the meeting held at Dhanmondi in the capital.
The board approved the company鈥檚 third quarter financial statement (un-audited) for the year 2025.
Among others, CEO Abul Kalam Azad, AMD Mohammad Selim, CFO Mohammad Mamunul Islam and company secretary Mohammad Shaheen Miah were present.
