Islami Bank Bangladesh PLC on Tuesday held its board meeting at Islami Bank Tower in the capital, said a press release.
Chairman M Zubaidur Rahman presided over the meeting.
Among others, executive committee chairman Mohammad Khurshid Wahab, audit committee chairman Md Abdus Salam, risk management committee chairman M Masud Rahman, independent director Md Abdul Jalil and Shariah supervisory committee member secretary Mohammad Abdus Samad were present.
Islami Bank managing director Md Omar Faruk Khan and company secretary Md Habibur Rahman also attended the meeting.
