Genex Infosys Limited will be placed in ‘B’ category from existing ‘Z’ category with effect from September 29 as the company has reported disbursement of 3 per cent cash dividend for the year ended June 30, 2024.
The stock brokers and merchant bankers are requested to abstain from providing loan facilities to purchase the securities of Genex Infosys PLC in between 1st to 7th trading days following the change of categorisation, with effect from September 29.
The company, however, has disbursed the cash dividend for the year ended June 30, 2024 to the respective shareholders, according to a DSE report.
