Hajj Finance Company Limited on August 21 held its audit committee meeting, said a press release.
Committee chairman AAM Habibur Rahman presided over the meeting.
Hajj Finance is a Shariah-based financial institution established as a Bangladesh-Malaysia joint venture.
Among others, director Md Saeed Ahmed, managing director Md Shafiqul Rahman, company secretary Maksude Elahi Majumder and ICC head Britisundar Debnath were present.
Mohamad Sabri Bin Jahya, Malaysian director of the company, joined the meeting virtually.
The committee reviewed audit reports of various branches and provided several directives and decisions accordingly.
