Islamic Finance and Investment PLC on Monday held its 364th board meeting at its head office, said a press release.
Chairman Abul Quasem Haider presided over the meeting.
Among others, vice-chairmen Mostanser Billa, KBM Moin Uddin Chisty, directors Asgar Haider, Julia Rahman, independent director Shayema Akter and managing director Md Nurul Azim were present in the meeting.
