Modhumoti Bank PLC on Tuesday held its 88th board meeting, said a press release.
Modhumoti Bank chairman Humayun Kabir attended the meeting.
Among others, board members Mohammad Ismail Hossain, Salahuddin Alamgir, Tanjima Binthe Mostafa, Sultana Jahan, A Mannan Khan, Tanveer Ahmed Mostafa, independent director Monjurul Ahsan Bulbul and managing director and chief executive officer Md Shafiul Azam were present.
