Bank Asia Securities Limited held its 14th annual general meeting on April 23 Bank Asia PLC premises in the capital Dhaka, said a press release.
Bank Asia Securities chairperson Romana Rouf Chowdhury signed the company鈥檚 audited financial statement for the year ended December 31, 2024 during the AGM.
Among others, directors Md Abul Quasem, M Shahjahan Mina, Mohammad Ibrahim Khalil, chief executive officer Sumon Das, company secretary Md Anisul Alam Sarker and finance head Md Nahid Raza were present.
