In recognition of its service as one of the main supporters of the Trading Corporation of Bangladesh activities, Rupali Bank PLC has been given a citation award.
The chief guest, commerce advisor Sheikh Bashir Uddin distributed the award at a programme titled 'Trade with TCB' organised at the Golf Garden of the Army Golf Club in the capital on Wednesday.
Rupali Bank general manager (head office) Md Moinuddin Masud and assistant general manager of TCB Bhaban Corporate Branch Md Abul Hossain received the honorary memento on behalf of the managing director of Rupali Bank.
Additional secretary of the Ministry of Commerce Nazneen Kawsar Chowdhury and TCB chairman Brigadier General Mohammad Faisal Azad were special guests, said a press release.
