Premier Leasing and Finance Limited held its 22nd annual general meeting on Thursday at a Hotel in the capital Dhaka.
In the meeting, the Shareholders of the Company approved financial statements of the company for the year ended on December 31.聽聽
The meeting was presided over by Abu Sadek Md. Sohel, chairman of the company.
Director and vice-chairman of the company M Rabiul Huq, director and former chairman of the company AZM Akramul Haq, among others, were present in the meeting.
