The Bangladesh Premier League resumes Friday after over a one-and-a-half month break, with Rahmatganj Muslim Friends Society facing bottom-placed Chittagong Abahani in one of the two matches of the day at the Birshreshtha Flight Lt Matiur Rahman Stadium in Munshiganj.

In the day’s other match, Police Football Club will take on Fakirerpool Young Men’s Club at the Shaheed Barkat Stadium in Gazipur. Both of the Friday’s matches are scheduled to begin at 3:30pm.

Table toppers Mohammedan Sporting Club and defending champions and third-placed Bashundhara Kings will resume their campaign at the Kings Arena on Saturday.

In the other two games on Saturday, six-time champions and second-placed Abahani Limited will face Dhaka Wanderers Club in Gazipur, while Brothers Union will take on Fortis Football Club in Munshiganj.

The league went into a break on February 2 following the first round of second leg matches due to the Bangladesh national team’s participation in the third round of the AFC Asian Cup 2027 qualifiers against India, which ended in a goalless draw in Shillong on March 25.
