
The Barishal education board has the lowest pass rate out of 11 boards in the results of this year’s Secondary School Certificate and its equivalent examinations.
The Rajshahi education board has the highest pass rate.
Among the nine general boards, Bangladesh Madrassah Education Board and Bangladesh Technical Education Board, Barishal saw the lowest pass rate – 56.38 per cent – while Rajshahi saw the highest pass rate – 77.63 per cent.
The pass rate was 73.69 per cent in Jashore Board, 73.63 per cent in Technical Education Board, 72.07 per cent in Chattogram Board, 68.57 per cent in Sylhet Board, 68.09 per cent in Madrassah Education Board, 67.51 per cent in Dhaka Board, 67.03 per cent in Dinajpur Board, 63.6 per cent in Cumilla Board and 58.22 per cent in Mymensingh Board.
