The police recovered the hanging body of a youth at his room in Rangarmour under Gobindaganj in Gaibandha on Saturday.
The deceased was Payel, 22, son of Attab Ali.
According to police, family members saw the body in the early hours and immediately informed the police. Upon receiving the information, a Gobindaganj police team went to the scene and recovered the body.
Officer-in-charge of Gobindaganj police station Bulbul Islam said that the body was sent to Gaibandha General Hospital for an autopsy.
