
Biman Bangladesh Airlines in a statement on Sunday said that the airlines had completed the pre-Hajj flight activities for the Hajj 2025.
‘This important chapter officially ended with the successful departure of the last flight BG335 on May 31,’ said the press release, adding that Biman Bangladesh Airlines had transported 41,902 Hajj pilgrims to their destinations in an orderly and safe manner through a total of 108 flights this year.
During this time, Biman Bangladesh Airlines has provided necessary services to the flights of Saudia (SV) and Flynas (XY) airlines as a ground handler in addition to its own flights.
The pre-Hajj flight activities started on April 29 and Biman Bangladesh Airlines has been providing all kinds of services to Hajj passengers from the Hajj camp located in Dhaka’s Ashkona, Chattogram and Sylhet from the very beginning.
Biman Bangladesh Airlines is ready to operate the next step, post-Hajj flights, which will start from June 10, and will continue until July 10.
