Md Mahbub Alam on Tuesday joined Southeast Bank PLC as additional managing director, said a press release.
Prior to joining Southeast Bank, he served as a deputy managing director at NCC Bank.
He started his career with Bangladesh Institute of Development Studies in 1995.
His banking career started with Uttara Bank as a probationary officer in September 1996.
He also served as head of various departments at Jamuna Bank and that of branches at Mercantile Bank.
He holds an MBA in finance from the Institute of Business Administration, University of Dhaka. He also earned MCom and BCom (honours) in accounting from the Faculty of Business Studies, University of Dhaka.聽
