Bangladesh Krishi Bank on Thursday announced 90-day special programme to ensure proportional achievement of all business targets for the 2025-26 financial year, said a press release.

The bank made the announcement during a meeting held at the bank鈥檚 head office. The programme will run from September 25 to December 23.


Managing director Sanchia Binte Ali presided over the meeting.

The special programme focuses on several key objectives, including achieving 100 per cent recovery targets for classified and rescheduled loans, reducing outstanding classified loans by 50 per cent for branches bearing more than 10 per cent classified loans, ensuring 100 per cent achievement of disbursement targets for agricultural, CMSME and other loans, reducing interest expenses by mobilising low-cost and no cost deposits, transforming loss-incurring branches into fully profitable units and achieving 100 per cent of profit-related targets by allocating goals across different divisions.

Deputy managing directors Md Abdur Rahim and Mohd Khaleduzzaman, along with general managers, concern deputy general managers and officials from the head office were present at the event.
