EC proposes provisions for 鈥榥o vote鈥�, no EVM use
The Election Commission has finalised the draft amendments to the Representation of the People Order, reinstating the provision of 鈥榥o vote鈥� in the upcoming 13th national parliamentary election and removing the provision for using electronic voting machines.聽
