The Inter Services Public Relation Directorate on Thursday shared the names and identities of 626 people who took shelter in the cantonments across the country following the August 5, 2024 political changeover.
A sacked Bangladesh Army soldier was arrested over allegations of attacking a serving member of the force with locally made sharp weapons in Battola Bazar area at Khilhet in the capital on Saturday afternoon and over planning a massive sabotage at an entrance of the Dhaka Cantonment.
Restriction has been imposed on vehicular movement inside the Dhaka cantonment on November 21 marking Armed Forces Day, says a press release.
