Berger Paints Bangladesh Limited on Thursday held the 29th ‘Berger Young Painters’ Art Competition’ at Radisson Blu Dhaka Water Garden, said a press release.
The top honour was claimed by Mallick Sakib Shifat for his artwork ‘Ingratitude’. The second position was secured by Md Mezanur Rahman for ‘Composition from Childhood Memory’ while Nur Munjerin Rimjhim earned third place for ‘Paradise.’ Md Mehedi Hasan, Jolock Saha and Abu-Al-Naeem secured the fourth, fifth and sixth position respectively for their artworks ‘Wall of Joy-02,’ ‘Closeup Study’ and ‘What Am I?’
Among others, Berger Paints Bangladesh managing director Rupali Chowdhury, COO and director Md Mohsin Habib Chowdhury, chief business officer - sales and marketing Abul Kasem Mohammad Sadeque Nawaj, chief marketing officer - sales and marketing ATM Shamim Uz Zaman and Dhaka University fine arts faculty dean Azharul Islam Sheikh were present.
