ACI Formulations Limited declared 20 per cent cash dividend on Sunday during its 28th annual general meeting held virtually, said a press release.
Chairman M Anis Ud Dowla presided over the meeting.聽
Audited financial statements for the year ended June 30, 2024 together with reports of the directors and auditors of the company were approved by the shareowners in the meeting.
Managing director Shusmita Anis addressed issues raised by the shareholders and acknowledged the contribution and efforts of the employees of the company.聽
Other senior officials of the company were also present.
