The Flow Fest 2025, presented by United Commercial Bank Ltd, began at Justice Shahabuddin Park in Gulshan-2 on Thursday with the theme ‘Wellness as a Collective Experience.’

The three-day festival featured more than 100 sessions, including walkathons, yoga, martial arts, and meditation.

Visitors could also enjoy salsa, live music, and stand-up comedy performances. For children, there were special sessions such as storytelling, physical exercise and Zumba.

According to the programme schedule, each day of the festival would start with the Park Run, followed by sunrise yoga, breathwork, martial arts, and strength sessions, led by international coaches and local trainers, including Ken Yamamoto, Michelle Tan, Sejal Thakkar, and Akiko.

Participants could explore their creativity through art labs, journaling workshops, and the Art + Soul Zone, where artists would guide mindful expression through painting, pottery, and crafts.

This year, more than 150 brands were participating in the festival, showcasing a wide variety of food items, clothing, jewellery, and even Royal Enfield bikes and Mercedes-Benz cars.

Thirty food vendors had joined the festival, offering special vegetarian menus.

The Flow Fest, a platform for holistic well-being, would also feature the launch of author Sam Dalrymple’s latest book, Shattered Lands, which explored histories of resilience and renewal.

Participants would have the opportunity to meet the author during the event.

The event would be open to all, free of cost, from 9:00am to 7:00pm till Saturday.
