Premier Bank PLC independent director M Nurul Alam has been elected council member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries of Bangladesh, said a press release.
On this occasion, the bank congratulated Nurul, who is also chairman of Premier Bank Securities Limited.
A bouquet was presented recently to Nurul on behalf of Premier Bank by chairman Arifur Rahman, independent director and audit committee chairman Md Forkan Hossain, managing director and chief executive officer Mohammad Abu Jafar and deputy managing director and chief financial officer Sayed Abul Hashem, along with other senior officials of the bank.
On behalf of the board of directors and the management committee, Premier Bank extended its heartfelt best wishes to M Nurul Alam and expressed confidence that under his leadership, ICSB would continue to progress and achieve new heights of excellence, the release said.
