Purabi General Insurance Company Limited on Monday approved 10 per cent cash dividend for the financial year 2024, said a press release.
The company made the decision during its 37th annual general meeting.
Chairman Mozibul Islam presided over the meeting held in hybrid format at MH Samorita Hospital and Medical College premises.
Among others, chief executive officer Sukumar Chandra Roy was present.
The AGM was conducted by company secretary Sohag Talukder.
The company鈥檚 annual report, board of directors鈥� report and audited financial statements were also presented and approved.
In his speech, the Chairman expressed heartfelt gratitude to the shareholders, regulators, business partners and employees of the company and pledged to continue providing improved services in the future.
