Rupali Investment Limited on August 14 held its 14th annual general meeting, said a press release.
Rupali Investment is a sister concern of Rupali Bank PLC.
Rupali Investment chairman Kazi Md Wahidul Islam, also Rupali Bank managing director, presided over the AGM held at the company鈥檚 head office in the capital.
Among others, Rupali Investment director and Rupali Bank deputy managing director Hasan Tanvir, Rupali Investment director and FID joint secretary Farida Yasmin, Rupali Investment independent directors AKM Shariat Ullah, Shafique Uz Zaman were present.
Rupali Investment chief executive officer and Rupali Bank general manager Md Monirul Haque was present.
Rupali Investment Mostofa Sajjadul Haque conducted the meeting.
