Modhumoti Bank successfully organised a ‘Town Hall Meeting and Customer Conference’ at its Naogaon branch recently.
The event was graced by the presence of Md Shafiul Azam, managing director and CEO of Modhumoti Bank, as chief guest.
Arab Fazlur Rahman, deputy managing director and chief business officer, attended the event as a special guest.
Senior officials including the heads of various divisions of head office, branch manager from Naogaon branch, along with operation managers and other officials were present at the meeting.
During his address at the customer conference, Md Shafiul Azam interacted with the customers of Naogaon Branch and received their feedback on the bank’s current service quality and how the service quality can be further improved.
Moreover, he elaborated on the Bank’s current operations, future plans, and strategic development initiatives.
He expressed his heartfelt appreciation for the employees’ efficiency and professionalism in delivering quality customer service and instructed them to maintain it in the future.
