As a part of Pubali Bank PLC corporate social responsibility, the bank has recently gifted a microbus to Bangladesh Council of Scientific and Industrial Research, said a press release.
Pubali Bank MD and CEO Mohammad Ali handed over keys of the microbus to BCSIR chairperson Shahana Ahmed.
Pubali Bank GM and Dhaka central region head Abu Laich Md Samsujjaman, science laboratory branch head Mohammad Belal Hossain and PR officer M Mizanur Rahman were present.
Among others, BCSIR member (finance) Md Toufiq Elahi Chowdhury, member (administration) Md Iftekhar Ahmed Chowdhury, member (science and technology) Md Hosne Ara Begum and secretary Md Shahidul Haque Patwary were present.
In his speech, Mohammad Ali said that this gift would serve as a symbol of friendship and mutual cooperation between the two organisations in the days to come.
