Phoenix Insurance Company Limited on Wednesday declared 10 per cent cash dividend for its shareholders for the year 2024, said a press release.
The company made the announcement during its 39h annual general meeting held through a digital platform on the day.
Chairman Mohammed Shoeb presided over the meeting.
Among others, vice-chairman Manzoorul Haque, directors Mazharul Haque, Mohammed Haider Ali, Sadia Anjum Siddiqui, Sharmin Sultana, Fabiana Aziz, Javed Hosein, Iftakharul Islam, managing director and chief executive officer Md Rafiqur Rahman took part in the meeting.
During the year 2024, the company earned a total premium of Tk 75.05 crore and pre-tax profit of Tk 6.95 crore. Total asset of the company in the year 2024 was Tk 216.16 crore, the release said.
